Has anyone else noticed all the disclaimers that are on the TV commercials now? Almost every commercial for a medical treatment has more time spent on warnings and disclaimers than on the actual message of what the drug does and who needs it. And they all tell you to ask you doctor about their drug. Now, if I have never in my life had heartburn, why would I want to waste my doctor’s precious time asking stupid questions about heartburn medicine? And the car ads have things like, “Closed course. Do not attempt.” and the tiniest print about the financing for about 3 seconds at the end of their commercial that you can’t possibly read and understand. What a waste.
