Tornado Warnings Again

We had tornado warnings last night and now again for tonight. That is one big drawback for living in this area – the tornadoes and severe thunderstorms with lighting and so much rain that they cause flash floods.
The weather forecasters all take the tornado warnings very seriously. They interrupt regular programming to put the weather forecasters on the air the entire time anyone in the broadcast area is threatened. The radar and sonar and other advanced technology gives an outstanding report of current conditions.
Last night the severe weather passed over our area to the north without any actual tornado touchdowns or damage. Let’s hope we have the same luck tonight again.
