There are so many pain reliever brands and multi purpose pain-cold or pain-sleep type of products that it is hard to know which ones to buy.
With bleeding disorders in my family, we never have aspirin in the house. Aspiring is a blood thinner and if your blood does not clot normally, you don’t want to introduce a blood thinning agent into your body.
Back in the day, physicians would recommend Tylenol for people who could not take aspirin. But later studies found that Tylenol damages the liver, which is also a problem for people with a bleeding disorder and related conditions, such as AIDS, Hepatitis, and Cirrhosis.
